[Airangel]

The 4ème Régiment d’Hélicoptères des Forces Spéciales (4th Special Forces Helicopter Regiment) is an elite French Army aviation regiment and the latest Special Forces unit to have inspired – and tested – its own Oris limited edition watch.
Based on the award-winning Oris BC4 aviation collection, the Oris 4e RHFS Limited Edition is a professional flight instrument with a quality Swiss chronograph movement. The members of the regiment have tested this pilot’s watch to extremes.

The multi-piece stainless steel case, instantly recognisable as Oris BC4, is coated in gun metal gray PVD to ensure it is non-reflective, helping the troops to maintain camouflage during missions.

The Oris Quick Lock Crown system ensures that the watch cannot be adjusted accidentally and the strap, with its innovative folding safety clasp, makes the watch easily and rapidly adjustable for a perfect fit on the wrist in every situation.
The design link to the 4e RHFS is as subtle as the troops are in their missions – and just as effective. The regiment’s logo sits behind the small second display in discreet grey against the black dial and on the case back with the limited edition number. The tip of the second hand is in the blue, white and red of the French flag – a nod to the origins of the elite troops for whom this watch was specifically designed.

Oris is to the regiment as the regiment is to the French Special Forces it supports: they go nowhere without us.
