Le Duel's seconds and power reserve are regulated at sword point. Two crossed swords, the signature and emblem of the brand, indicate that the power reserve is at maximum. As it diminishes, the angle between the swords slowly increases until, after 40 days, the logo is reversed, indicating that the clock needs rewinding.
Movement is a mechanical hand-wind with decorative key, It has 45 jewels and a power reserve of 40 days. It is palladium plated, with Côtes de Genève motif, and a escapement visible from the top.
