This is the first hand-wound movement from Mühle-Glashütte It has the traditional Glashütte three-quarter plate and the firm’s own woodpecker neck regulation.
This ensures that the timing of the movement, which is regulated in six positions, is not altered when the watch is subjected to a sharp jolt. It features a center seconds hand, a date display and a power reserve of 42 hours. The movement measures 25.6mm x 3.4mm.
This is the second movement, after the automatic MU9408, developed by the firm and built at its factories. Mühle-Glashütte is keen on becoming a real manufacture.
