Returning to the 1970s
The Longines Heritage 1973 is based on a model produced by the brand in 1973.
The case, cushion-shaped in stainless steel, measures 40mm. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back, and it is water resistant to 30 meters.
Movement is the Swiss automatic Longines caliber L688.2 (base ETA A08.L01) with 27 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 54 hours. The L688 caliber, a column-wheel chronograph movement, was developed and is produced by ETA exclusively for Longines.
Dials can be had in silver, with 9 applied indices with a black line and SuperLumiNova dots, two black counters, blue tachymeter scale, or in black, with 9 applied indices with a black line and SuperLumiNova dots, two silvered counters, blue tachymeter scale. Hands are rhodium-plated, with SuperLumiNova and a black line on hours and minutes hands.
The strap is black alligator with a steel buckle.
