Ophion
OPH 960
The firm, based in Spain, produces its watches in Germany. Their first model is inspired by the 1960's vive using watch features of that time such as a domed dial, polished indeces, and dauphine hands.
The case, in stainless steel, measures 42.9mm x 10.35mm. It has a domed sapphire crystal, a flat sapphire display back, and it is water resistant to 30 meters.
Movement is the Swiss manual-wind Technotime caliber TT718 with 26 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 5 days. It has Perlage under the main bridge, and under the dial side, with Colimaçon, Anglage, blued screws, and Cotes de Genevé finishing.
The dial is domed, with stamped diamond polish indeces, in anthracite or silver, with an inner bezel with hour marks done in SuperLuminova. The hands are flat dauphine with SuperLuminova and seconds hand with a curved top following the curvature of the dial.
It comes on a 22mm hand-stitched black or brown alligator or Teju leather strap with a steel ardillon buckle.
MSRP is 1,580 Euros inside the EU, 1,305 Euros outside of EU.
