Hublot Classic Fusion Jeans Russia
Moscow, June 7, 2015 Hublot has supported for the first time the "Hublot Powerboat Trophy" that took place at the Moscow River Imperial Yacht Club. This competition marked the opening of the yachting season of the Burevestnik Group. The race, for this first edition, took place in the heart of the "White-Stone City" on the Moscow River.
Hublot has always been close to the world of sailing and the sea, firstly through its very name ("Hublot" means "porthole") and the shape of its watches, but also through prestigious partnerships such as the famous Monaco Oceanographic Museum and its Institute and the glamorous Marina of Porto Cervo in Sardinia to cite a few. A respectful nod to the great traditions combined with a firm focus on the future: this manifesto clearly reflects the "Art of Fusion" philosophy of Hublot,
It is Russia's premier in town Power Boat race! It is also a unique nautical festival, bringing together 24 yachts on the waters of the Moscow River. Champions, on Sunseeker Yachts, Chris-Craft bowriders, Crownline cruisers, Riva luxury boats and even sport boats such as MasterCraft and Axis, met on the starting line at the Moscow River Imperial Yacht Club.
After a truly stunning start, in front of thousands of spectators lining the banks, and under the animated presentation of the race by Mr Andrey Malakhov and Mr Andrey Boyko, the winner of the Hublot Powerboat Trophy is Captain Maxim Gugnyaev, on his Formula 300 boat.
The main prize, the Hublot Classic Fusion Jeans Russia, was presented to the winner by David Camba, Hublot Regional Sales Manager Eastern Europe.
Chic, rock'n'roll, sexy, boho, vintage, urban, authentic, tie-dye... denim is whatever you want it to be, and an enduring wardrobe staple for men and women alike!
This collection has been especially developed for Russia and produced in a very limited and exclusive edition: 25 pieces numbered, 45 mm diameter, made of titanium (strong and light) and equipped with a mechanical self-winding movement with a date at 3 o'clock.
Exhibiting a marvellous balance between the classic elegant look, a symbol of watchmaking art, and the fashion denim style, this piece is a fine exercise in style, providing a wonderful demonstration of the principle of fusion between Tradition, Glamour and Modernity.
