A partner of many years, Jaquet Droz reaffirms its support for this biennial initiative again in 2015. Only Watch and Jaquet Droz share the same long-term vision of excellence and research. This spirit is incarnated today with the historical mastery of Paillonné enameling.

Handed down from the goldsmiths of the Renaissance, Paillonné enameling consists of creating a raised motif using tiny pieces of gold leaf, applied one by one with great dexterity. This is then coupled with the particularly delicate work of enameling to obtain both the required colors and the translucent depth of the enamel to reveal the sunray decoration.

The case, in 18kt yellow gold, measures 43mm x 12mm. It has double sapphire crystals and is water resistant to 30 meters. "Unique Piece Only Watch 2015" is hand-engraved on the caseback.

Movement is the Swiss automatic Jaquet Droz in-house caliber 2653.P, with 28 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 68 hours. It features a silicon balance, double barrel, flat bridges, and an 18kt yellow gold rotor.

It has a guilloché dial in Bordeaux Grand Feu enamel with 18kt yellow gold paillons. 18kt yellow gold ring, plate and screws and hands.

It comes on a rolled-edge hand-made Bordeaux Prestige alligator leather strap with 18kt yellow gold ardillon buckle.
