RM011 Felipe Massa America Edition
Richard Mille horological machines are designed to pulse with the same aspects of accuracy, performance, appearance and strength of cars and drivers in Formula 1.
Felipe Massa, the Brazilian driver of the Ferrari Formula 1 team, and friend of Richard Mille, started the "test drive" of Richard Mille watches in 2006.
Richard Mille now presents a special edition in red gold of RM 011 for the series America, limited to 30 pieces.
The RM 011 Felipe Massa America Edition was created in red gold, with details in red around the watch dial and the crown.
The dimensions of the case are 50 mm x 40 mm with a maximum width of 16.15 mm. Titanium makes up the central core with a DLC treatment.
The size RM011S presents several technical innovations; a skeletonized rotor with adjustable geometry, a flyback chronograph with hours, minutes and seconds, and 60 minute countdown, 12-hour totalizer, a big date, month and annual calendar.
The annual calendar automatically recognizes months of 30 and 31 days. The big date is semi-instantaneous, displayed in a horizontal opening surrounded in red below the 12. The month also semi-instantaneous, and is indicated by Arabic numerals at 4:30.
