Hublot has designed a new model of its iconic Big Bang. The Hublot Big Bang King Power watch catches the glance by its powerful design. The sophisticated dial is composed of several layers. The timepiece accommodates a self-winding split-seconds foudroyante chronograph movement, manufactured by Hublot.
The King Power Foudroyante All Black watch demonstrates thoroughly redesigned components.
The case of the watch features the shape characterized by sharp angles and straight sides, incorporating raised end pieces and screws. The push-pieces distinctively stand out, featuring decorative tubes fitted into the black composite resin.
The King Power case, measuring 48 mm in diameter, is crafted from microblasted black ceramic.
The bezel of the new Hublot watch boasts a new look due to the original rubber moulding around the ceramic. It shows off 6 black PVD-coated titanium raised H-shaped screws.
The dial is built from several layers and is completed with ten extra elements besides the powerful applique index markers with black nickel treatment. The dial features matt black microblasted additional counters and flange.
The Chronograph and Foudroyante two-level hands feature a fresh look, enhanced with two different types of finish. The brilliant black nickel hands of the watch are coated with black SuperLuminova. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal provided with interior/exterior anti-reflection treatment.
The Hublot HUB44 RTF calibre incorporates polished, satin-finish bridges with chamfered edges. The tungsten carbide oscillating weight has black PVD-coated dimpled surface. The movement offers a 42-hour power-reserve.
The Hublot King Power Foudroyante All Black watch is coupled with a rubber strap with an embossed cut-out, strengthening a robust look of the timepiece. For the first time, the strap is fitted with a ceramic clasp. The timepiece is 100-meter water-resistant. It will be available in a limited edition of 500 pieces.
