Limited Edition Celebrating the "Year of the Horse"
The case, in 18kt rose gold, measures 39.5mm x 6.8mm. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back, and it is water resistant to 30 meters.
Movement is the Swiss automatic Chopard in-house caliber L.U.C. 96.17L with 29 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 65 hours. It features an off-centered micro-rotor and Chopard's Twin Technology (two stacked barrels). The bridges are adorned with Côtes de Genève decoration.
The dial is adorned with a horse motif using the Urushi technique of lacquering, and it has gilt dauphine-type hour and minute hands.
The strap is hand-sewn black alligator with an 18kt rose gold pin buckle. It comes on a dedicated presentation box, also decorated using Urushi techniques. Black on the outside and Maki-e gold on the inside, it is shaped like an octagon the oriental symbol of gaiety complete with a silk fastening cord.
