RICHARD MILLE - RM011 Felipe Massa Titanium Black DLC Grand Prix Brazil
To celebrate his good friend, the driver Felipe Massa from Ferrari's Formula 1 team, (who survived a serious accident on the track earlier this year), Richard Mille has created a special edition of 10 pieces dedicated to Brazil, native homeland of Massa.
Richard Mille named his newest release of RM011, Felipe Massa Titanium Black DLC Grand Prix Brazil. A single glance at the watch shows why. The watch conjures the vibrant Brazilian spirit with its palette of colors, green and yellow. The yellow of Brazil is highlighted in the rubber that covers the crown and the carbon fiber flange around the dial; green appears in the superluminova applied to the chronograph seconds hand.
But what makes this watch even more special is the fact that the RM011 Felipe Massa Titanium Black DLC Grand Prix Brazil was created with a black DLC titanium case. An image of Felipe Massa's helmet appears at 10 - mirroring the series of 10 watches that this unique piece will compose. Some of its main features are important technical innovations, such as an automatic movement with skeletonized rotor geometry and adjustable flyback chronograph. There are the usual hour, minute, second, 60-minute countdown,12-hour totalizer, big date and month functions.
This special edition of the RM 011 truly embodies the synergy that exists between timing and the world of motor sport and makes it a legitimate and very exclusive Richard Mille watch.
