Pontos Décentrique Phases de Lune, Limited EditionProtected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings on both sides, the face of the Pontos Décentrique Phases de Lune is a theater in ceaseless revolution.
The first scene is played out at 10 o’clock on an off-center dial: a single, solo hand tracks the minutes, while the slower hours appear gradually on a disk. Opposite, at 4 o’clock, two superimposed disks dance a highly sophisticated waltz: one, in metallized sapphire, unveils the phases and age of the moon; the other, positioned below it and connected directly to the hours disk, bears the day/night indication.
Meanwhile, the date indication at 6 o’clock competes for stardom: inscribed on a disk driven by a special, internally developed transfer system, it is revealed to the light of day in a window of metallized glass. This module is the subject of a patent application.
A sculptural case 45 mm in diameter encloses the self-winding ML122 mechanical movement. Cut from titanium, it is given a special anti-fingermarking treatment and a discreet sand-blasted finish which underlines its forceful architecture.

The precision and care devoted to the self-winding mechanism are echoed on the dial: the time indications give priority to functionality and leave no margin for aesthetic excess.
The stainless steel case, water-resistant to 30 meters and measuring 41 mm in diameter, is available with four different dial versions. Traditional, in silvered or black; very classical, with a silvered dial flanked with gilded hour-markers; or more atypical, in blue.

The former is located in a double window at 12 o'clock, while the seconds tick away rhythmically at 6 o'clock, endowing the dial, black or silvered, with a beautiful visual balance.
